In house staff training  :  Two one - day courses available

Course 1  : The Activity  Training  Day  

-  designed to enable staff to deliver a broad range of age appropriate activities to meet the interests and needs of their Clients and to promote wellbeing and a person centred lifestyle.

Course 2  : The Activity  Training  Day – Therapeutic Activities for Older People with dementia

A course designed for staff working in this specialist area to enable them to provide appropriate stimulation/occupation to promote wellbeing and person centred care.

Cost :   up to 6 staff     £ 425.00                                  
            up to 12 staff   £ 675.00

The cost includes all expenses, training materials and resources.

All staff will receive a certificate of attendance.

The Facilitator  : Carole MacBrayne is a qualified and registered FE tutor and specialist exercise teacher with 14 years experience of delivering therapeutic activities to Older people. Also with extensive experience of working with adults who have  learning disabilities and adults with enduring mental health problems.
