The Workshop is designed for those working in Dementia Care . This is an interactive / hands on Workshop which will give people the opportunity to explore the range of activity available for this Client Group.

The Programme

Therapeutic Activities (person centred): purpose, planning and documentation.

Awareness Training: dementia – sensory activities, motivation and success, communication skills and involving your community.

Practical sessions: promoting physical activity, therapeutic games and creative activities.

Resources: helping you find everything you need for therapeutic activities.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to delegates.
